The free NFL survivor grid that plans ahead
Survivor Board is a free NFL survivor pool grid and season-long planner for the 2026 season. Every cell shows a team's chance to win that week — de-vigged from live Vegas moneylines — next to the share of the public picking them in Yahoo, ESPN, and USA Football Pools survivor games. Four win-probability models (Vegas moneyline, empirical results for every NFL spread since 2010, a logistic fit, and an AI-assisted blend) let you sanity-check any pick, and clicking a cell shows how the line has moved.
Beyond the grid, the strategy optimizer builds full-season pick paths that respect rebuy weeks, double-pick weeks, and multiple tickets across multiple pools; the pool tracker and pick manager keep every entry straight; and the methodology page shows exactly how the win probabilities are built and how they scored in a walk-forward backtest of the 2014–2025 seasons. Browse this season's weekly survivor picks, read our survivor pool strategy guides, or see how it compares to SurvivorGrid and other survivor pool tools.

Survivor pool questions, answered
What is an NFL survivor pool?
In a survivor pool (also called a suicide, knockout, or eliminator pool) you pick one NFL team to win each week. If your team wins, you advance; if it loses, you're eliminated. The catch: you can never pick the same team twice, so spending a strong team early can cost you later.
How does the survivor grid work?
Every cell shows a team's chance to win that week, de-vigged from live sportsbook moneylines, alongside the percentage of the public picking them, averaged from Yahoo, ESPN, USA Football Pools, and PoolCrunch. Column headers rank the best leftover value, so you can see what a pick this week costs you down the road.
Is Survivor Board free?
The grid is free with no account. A free account unlocks the current week in the strategy optimizer. A season pass ($9 for the rest of 2026, one payment) unlocks the full 18-week planner, the multi-pool tracker, and the pick manager. A $4 single pool pass covers one pool.
How is Survivor Board different from SurvivorGrid?
Survivor Board adds four win-probability models (including empirical results for every NFL spread since 2010 and an AI-assisted blend), line-movement history in every cell, and a season-long optimizer that handles rebuy weeks, double-pick weeks, and multiple tickets across multiple pools, with 2010–2025 backtesting. See the full comparison.
When do the odds and pick percentages update?
Automatically twice a day, in the morning and afternoon Pacific time. Each refresh pulls live sportsbook lines and the latest public pick share from Yahoo, ESPN, USA Football Pools, and PoolCrunch.
What are rebuy weeks and double-pick weeks?
Some pools let eliminated entries buy back in during set weeks (rebuys), and many require two correct picks in certain weeks (double picks). Both change which teams are worth saving, and the planner accounts for them when it builds season paths.
